Silent Planet fans raise $70,000 in 17 hours after band suffers car accident
Last week, the band Silent Planet got into a car accident when their van flipped completely upside down after hitting a patch of black ice and rolling off the highway. Fans immediately responded to the effort by helping the band raise over $70,000 on their GOFUNDME page in just the first 17 hours of the site going live.
